1. Acceptance of Terms: By downloading images from this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not download any content from this website.
2. Scope of Use: The images that you download from this website (“Downloaded Images”) are provided to you for personal and professional use. Personal use means non-commercial use of the Downloaded Images for display on personal websites and computers, or making image prints for personal use. Professional use means use in your business or your employer’s business, such as in presentations, marketing materials, reports, or incorporating the Downloaded Images into a service offering, including but not limited to image overlays, design modifications, and enhancements.
3. Restrictions on Use: You may not distribute, resell, rent, license, or otherwise transfer rights to the Downloaded Images to anyone, except as explicitly described under ‘Scope of Use’. Specifically, the Downloaded Images may not be sold or distributed in any way as a part of an image pack, collection, library, or any similar aggregation.
4. Download Limits: Standard members are limited to downloading a maximum of 200 high-resolution images. Premium members are limited to downloading a maximum of 400 high-resolution images. Any attempt to bypass these limits may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Intellectual Property Rights: All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in and to the Downloaded Images are retained by the original copyright holder. The rights granted to you constitute a license and not a transfer of title.
6. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall this website be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the Downloaded Images.
7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms and conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the United Kingdom.
8. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Please check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.
9. Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
10. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Webtech Media Ltd and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
